Equipment Ordering/Delivery & Pick Up Information
The following is important information you need to know when renting equipment:
All deliveries and pickups are intended for drop off within the immediate area of the truck. If equipment needs to be taken to a specific area, additional labor charges MAY apply. (This includes stairs, hallways, backyards, elevators, narrow pathways, and/or any obstructed area that will interfere with or delay the delivery and/or pickup of the equipment.)
Our dedicated staff will stack all items when the equipment is delivered. In order to avoid additional charges, all items MUST be stacked in the same place where they were delivered. Setup and take down of certain equipment is available at an extra charge excluding tents. Setup charges vary depending on the size of the order, what is involved, and relationship established. To avoid additional charges, please communicate the logistics clearly and make these arrangements prior to the delivery of the equipment.
The customer should be present at the delivery location when equipment is delivered and picked up in order to make an assessment of the equipment which he/she receives and to make sure all rental items are returned in the same condition in which they were delivered. If you cannot be present, you may make other arrangements by calling the office to avoid any additional fees.
In order to reserve equipment, the leasee must make a 35% non-refundable deposit at the time of the reservation. NO EQUIPMENT WILL BE RESRVED WITHOUT A DEPOSIT. In most cases the balance is due before we release the equipment for delivery. The balance for customer pickup equipment is due when the items are picked up, not upon return. *Excluding municipalities and/or large festivals where P.O.'s are issued.
